BIOGRAPHIE
 

Created in 2014 by guitarist FAB DARKHELL and bassist CÉDRIC VAN GÈLE, IN HELL draws its strength from Extreme music influenced by bands like MARDUK, DARK FUNERAL, BEHEMOTH, VADER, CANNIBAL CORPSE, DEICIDE, CARCASS, to name but a few. . In 2015, the band released their first Ep, entitled HOSTIS ECCLESIAE on the German label WINTERWOLF RECORDS, which was well received with European and international distribution. 2017, the band reissues HOSTIS ECCLESIAE, for a more worked version with a stint in the studio, it is this version which will bring the band to the MYSTYK PROD label, with the releases of two albums, SATANICA MUNDI in 2019 and LEX DIVINA TERRORES in 2022. IN HELL is also visible on numerous concerts where it will share the stage with many French bands such as OTARGOS, MERCYLESS, PUTRID OFFAL, MORTUARY, DESTINITY, SANGDRAGON, but also international with BLOOD RED THRONE, CORPSE, SEVERE TORTURE, LELAHELL.. In ten years of existence, IN HELL has managed to get noticed and take a certain place on the French underground Metal scene. TO BE CONTINUED ...

IN HELL kick off the festival a little late. The French band offer an effective black/death sound, and they'll be the day's only representative. The singer, playing with the band for the first time, is already at ease, both in his playing and in his attitude. He addresses the audience, grimaces and shakes his dreadlocks without restraint. Good catch, guys! Fab, on guitar, is ready for battle as soon as the gloomy intro ends. An unhealthy atmosphere pervades the brutality tinged with melody of the band's compositions, which sometimes hint at BELPHEGOR. The half-hour concludes with the diabolical pair "Theologia For Baphomet"/"Excommunication", two tracks that vibrate with black pulsations. Despite a somewhat underground sound, IN HELL have put Brutal Swamp on a solid footing.
